Management
​
Michael Schmidt is co-founder and CEO of ISUCON GmbH. His focus is on corporate finance, especially in classic corporate finance and debt counseling, as well as on growth strategies for foreign investors. As part of corporate expansion, he not only supports M & A transactions but also post-merger integration as part of taking on interim management tasks.
He has previously served as Investment Manager at Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding, Capital Point as a Venture Partner, and Thames Water Utilities as a Business Analyst. He completed his studies as a Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg.
He has extensive international experience in the United Kingdom, Poland, Israel and Egypt. As part of the ISUCON mandate, he assumes responsibilities such as managing director, CFO or authorized representative in various companies. He volunteers for several nonprofit organizations.

Locations
For over fifteen years, the founders of ISUCON have been active in Israel and other Middle Eastern countries. Together with Israeli investors, we have developed numerous projects worldwide. This is the root of our proven international competence. Today, ISUCON has sites in Egypt, Israel and Germany.
